The company that sold it is fine, no issues. However this device is for novice beginners. It seems to be a good dive computer, however it IS NOT Bluetooth capable. The device download cable is not included. Tracking and logging dives, even with “Diverlog” needs to be done manually or purchase the cable.. I bought this simply as a backup for my main computer, and for that, it serves its purpose.

I’ve used the i100 before, and it does much more than you will ever need. For clear water diving, this is great. Buuutttt, it has no backlight, so periodic evening or murky dives may make it hard to read. But for the price, this thing is the one to get.

Maybe it is a coincidence or maybe this vendor is selling defective products, but I bought this six months ago and a month ago this thing went haywire upon entering the water. At 5 foot depth it was giving me alarms to surface immediately because my bottom time had been exceeded. I was hoping the thing would reset itself and it did partially, however it is now stuck at an elevation setting of 3,000 - 5,000 feet. I'm at sea level in Florida and this obviously makes the computer worthless for diving. I tried replacing the battery hoping it might fix it but no change. I contacted Aqualung and they told me I need to take it to an authorized Aqualung dealer which the closest one is 3.5 hours away. Besides gas and time, I'm apprehensive of what the cost might be to have it serviced. Hopefully the limited warranty will cover it. Anyway, when it worked, it was great. But if it can't last more than 6 months, what good is it? I should have bought one from a reputable dive shop instead of trying to save a little money on Amazon.

This is a decent entry level product. I certain there are more advanced models but this serves its purpose. Easy enough to read under water. It accurately tracks your series of dives and keeps a history. functions are a bit cryptic to use and learn but its all there and works.The other option is using dive tables - which is something i've done for 25 yrs. This was a nice change to the modern world LOL

I bought this because I bought a SNUBA kit. I didn't know about when and if I needed to decompress. I wanted to be 100% safe and know how deep I am. Since buying this, I took a PADI class and on my way to becoming SCUBA certified. I am glad I bought this for SNUBA because now taking the PADI class, I learned about "Why" these computers are essential. My new diving BCD and gear has a computer but, I'll still use this as a back up.

I used this as my backup computer and I liked that it had 2 nitrox settings. I just buckled on to my BC and it was there in case I needed it. Luckily did not need to use it. In the past, I have had a computer fail on a major trip and this computer gave me peace of mind that I could still dive if my main died.

Love it! Easy to use and big numbers on the console make it easy to see underwater 👌🏼
