Quality, value for money & seller support
We ended up buying a second lamp as was so impressed with the quality and value for money. The second lamp arrived but on close inspection after we had assembled, noticed a tiny dent in the top section. We contacted the seller / company and they responded within a few hours with a swift resolution that resulted in us keeping onto the second lamp. Some people mentioned about the threads on each section, if your careful, they screw together fine. Would 100% recommend this product !

Brilliant uplighter!
As remarked by other reviewers who mentioned slight scratches on pole and some tight screw connections to upright pole, I used a tissue with some veg oil for connection, rubbed it in...sorted. As for the minor scratches...Good old boot polish.Heavy base and glass alabaster shade is exquisite 👌 Quick delivery and well packaged....and for £50 I'm not complaining 😉 🤩

Not quite as advertised
As mentioned on previous reviews there is no dimmable rod on the light, the video really is miss representative. That said its easy to put together and looks nice. Another downside is the power cable comes out of the pole rather than the base. There is also a hole in the base for this cable but that is not how it has been put together.

Just about worth it's money.
I bought two of these for my living room to work with smart dimmable bulbs and they work fine.The lamps five parts were difficult to screw together, and I found they screwed together much better when I used a paper towel dipped in cooking oil and rubbed round the inner and outer threads.The appearance is definitely more a matt brown bronze with no lighter highlights and the joins are just about noticeable. In the picture it shows an imitation gas lighting rod, which does not exist, and its omission detracts from the appearance compared to the one in the picture. Overall, they are worth the £65 I paid for each of them.

Unsafe and unpleasant to look at
Firstly, the photos show a lighting rod that gives the impression that it is dimmable. It doesn't come with the lamp, this feature doesn't exist. Secondly, the part that is meant to hold the glass fixture in place is also not in the box (despite being on the instruction leaflet) and if you knock the lamp, the glass will fall and smash. Thirdly, it doesn't look as described at all, it looks mahogany. Finally, the paint is so worn off around the parts that need to be screwed together that it's really, really ugly, it's as visible as notches on a piece of bamboo.The only thing this lamp has going for it is that it is heavy and sturdy.Returned.
