I Can hear the other person loud and clear. No complaints from the other person. But the button to answer quit working after a few days. Now I have to get my phone answer and the. Reconnect. But they are good.

They work great, and I’m happy but I was under the impression that it would come with the squishy things that go in your ears. Idk what they’re called haha. But I had to go buy some and that was hard to do because I had to find specific ones that fit both the beats and my ears. Overall the price is good and they work great I was just a little disappointed because I thought they were going to come ready to use.

I just wanted to make sure other people know this ahead of time. I had a charger to use, and I might have missed that part, but you will need to get your own charger.

Amazon renewed products are a joke and a miss-representation I just verified this with these headphones and a cell phone (which is going back as it is clearly used) "operates and looks like new" is just a lie from AMAZON. I'm amazed they haven't incurred in any legal issues. amazon renewed products are just used products and amazon wants to charge a premium extra for this, If you expect a like new product minus the box and the price. look elsewhere.About the headphones... The sound is good, just a little muddy due to high bass, if you like a lot of bass they'll be good for you, for me the sound is ok, they wear very securely on your ears, they wont fall or move out of place when you're working out, they can become uncomfortable after a few hours of use but it will depend on your ears, so YMMV, The included ear tips kept staying inside my ears (tried 2 sizes) luckily I had some ear tips from other earphones lying around and they wont fall/stay inside my ears.The battery life is excellent I can get around 6-8 hours on max volume and these can go pretty loud. So mediocre sound, loud volume, secure fit (can become uncomfortable), great battery life... I find these to be ok workout earphones, they serve this purpose well, you can get cheaper earphones (around $20-25) but they lack the volume, the battery life and the fit is not nearly as secure. So -1 star for being misrepresented as new, -1 star for the eartips/uncofortable long term wear. These are a little bit expensive for what you get so 2 stars. I'll keep them but Would I buy them again or recommend them... definitively not.
