I mix this Muscle Milk with one cup of Darigold FIT 0% fat free milk(90 calories, 14g protein), for a total of 250 calories and 39g protein. This Muscle Milk fills me up, tastes good and gives me the protein I need for a complete meal when I mix it with fat free milk. This really works for me when I don’t have time to eat. I also like that it’s sugar free.

Great flavor and smooth. Tastes good, filling, and quenches thirst. Needs more vitamins to be a meal replacement but great as a supplement so not the best for weight loss but high in protein to build muscles

I can't always keep down solid food (due to dealing with medical treatments) and these come in very handy. While It doesn't taste like an actual cookies and cream shake, it's tolerable enough for me to chug when I can't eat solid food. Ingredients are listed and for me personally I like that it doesn't have a crazy sugar content so it doesn't induce my nausea. I find it to be more filling and enjoyable to drink after letting it sit in the freezer for a bit (till it gets to a slushy consistency)

I can’t stomach most protein shakes. I don’t care what most people say, they’re usually chalky garbage with a hint of chocolate. These ones actually taste pretty good. They’re a tiny bit thick, but that might just be a me. These are honestly the only protein shakes I can consistently drink without forcing myself and hating my life.
