The shadow is built on a rust free hydro formed frame with a front double steel spring fork, a 3-speed internal nexus rear hub, front and rear brakes, 26 x 2.3 phantom bike tires (front and rear), and super-wide 50mm aluminum rims sporting heavy duty 12 gauge stainless steel spokes. In addition, the shadow comes equipped with a powerful 500w center drive motor, coupled with an extremely reliable Samsung 48v 11.6amp battery to give you plenty of power and distance. Each bike has a thumb throttle and a highly visible digital read-out. The phantom shadow is capable speeds ranging from 0-25 mph, with 3 gears & 9 levels of pedal assist. It boasts a 40/50 mile effective range with pedal assist / 20-25 miles effective range with thumb throttle only.
