Poor Quality of BATA Shoes
Quality was pathetic..In just two months of normal use, the sole of the shoe has got damaged, which is highly disappointing and unacceptable for a product of such brand value BATA. This clearly indicates a manufacturing defect or poor quality, as shoes are expected to last much longer under regular usage conditions. I request you to kindly look into this matter and provide a suitable resolution at the earliest. I would prefer a replacement or refund under your warranty/return policy.
