Hard to find a good one.
Needed a large sheet that was robust and withstood higher temps. This one goes to 232 deg C. I do find it buckles a little even at lower temps, like 200 C (180 fan) but it doesn't bother me. However, even with no metal utensils there are some deep scratches / scores appearing over the surface so I doubt it will be non stick for long. I can only assume they are temp related as I do bake bread at 230 (210 fan). Cools quickly, which is neither a +/- for me. Good tray, non-stick probably won't last long. Wish I could find a heavier duty one.

Disappointing, after used three times it buckled at 200c after 5 mins while baking bread.
