I called to customer care due to cancelled my pickup request & Refund.Lee Cooper loaffer -2999 RS.Delivery date -27 th July 20231st Pickup - 31.07.232 nd pickup - 04.07.233 rd pickup - 05.07.234 th pickup - 09.08.23Reason tell from Amazon1st call . Customer care- pickup called from Amazon celler end.2 nd call . Customer care- arrange re pickup , if next happened, amount will be before refunded to your account , after take pickup .3 rd call , customer care - Refunded process. She asking witch type of payment ( Amazon pay or Bank account).4 th call , customer care - pickup cancelled from customer end. No refund process was initiated from our side in privious calls. Wrong information given from our side.This is the worst service from Amazon.They will loose your customers. This type service from your end. All Amazon customer care agents tells wrong information about Return/ refund time .
