I wish there was a way to differentiate reviews between Medium & Heavy Duty movers. After reading the reviews of the medium duty movers failing when moving the prescribed weight, I decided on the heavy duty movers.They moved our 1,000+ pound pool table with some effort over our low-profile tufted office carpet. With the exception that the wheel lock will grab and dig into the carpet if the wheel lock is pushed all the way unlocked. But the wheel locks can rock back and mostly out of the way.The lifter is wimpy. Without the help of others at the corners of the pool table, the leverage handle was bending and deforming under the weight of half the pool table.

Awful Experience. We have to move our pool table every year due to the fact that the Kansas City Chiefs do their training camp here. I finally purchased some high quality (in which I thought) pool table rollers to move more efficiently. To my surprise they sucked. They were not sturdy enough, the on-off levers kept getting caught on cracks or bumps. The legs kept sliding off and the lips did not control the legs with the movement. A true nightmare. If you are trying to make things easier and efficient. Do not but this product. Would love to hear back from the manufacture. Too late to return because I bought them in advance for the moving process. Only used them once and I will never use again.

When it was delivered, whoever delivered it didn’t deliver to anyone, even though on the packing list it claimed that someone signed for it. They just left it on the porch and the only reason I knew it had arrived was through a text to my phone. I used it to move my baby grand piano across the hardwood floor. I was surprised at how easy it was to lift the piano and put the wheels on it.

These do not hold up to the weight limit that they say they are made for. The wheels broke off the bar after only using them twice to try and move a freezer.

Very strudy but not very big

The problems with these casters are serious problems. To begin with, the lift handle appears to be a painted piece of 1/2” emt. It bends easily and the lifting lip bends too. If you get a load onto the casters the wheel brakes drag on the floor. You cannot rotate the brake lever without engaging the brake, and by not rotating the lever it scratches the floor. I was using these on smooth concrete and they dug into the surface before we noticed. Those scratches will be there forever. Can’t imaging what they would do to a wood or tile floor.

Lever works well to lift furniture if you can slide it under an edge. Every item I moved with the dollies slid off one of the dollies while rolling the item - refrigerator, entertainment center, pool table - whether it was on solid flooring (concrete) or (Berber) carpeting.

We are having the siding of our house replaced and were required to move a garden room 4' from the side of the house. I purchased these because they seemed well built with metal plates and swivel wheels. We had our doubts whether the structure would move and/or stay in one piece once it was moved, but these little wheels did the job! The lever was too small for such a big move, so we used a large crowbar to lift the corners. I'm so impressed!

These are stated as rated for 650kg, the piece of equipment I tried moving was no more than 250kg & the wheels buckled & jammed on their frames. The sliding bar also bent so how other customers are moving much heavier weights I have no idea. The product I received was not fit for purpose & not even close to as advertised.

I bought this product about five months ago, so I have good experience with it, but it needs more testing.The most important things for me are fast delivery, sound product, and it's usable. This product is okay, but is structurally weak. I have concern about wheel wear, but not sure.I use 4 of these dollies for a metal deck box, so that I can easily move it around without damaging the box. The box doesn't weigh much and doesn't have heavy stuff in it, so the dollies should easily handle the load, given their load rating. However, after the very first couple of times the metal lip that extends vertically up from the dolly bed bends like butter.Therefore, I can't recommend this product, though I'm unable to recommend a better one. It seems that this type of dolly is just too small to be structurally strong, so this product is not alone in having this problem perhaps.
