Do the claws bend? Is there an elastic band inside to keep the claws from falling off a child's hand?

The claws can bend. There is nothing inside to keep them from falling off of the children's hands, however, it's easy to keep them on with slight pressure between the fingers and claws. That doesn't stop my kids from wearing them.

Can I wear these on my feet? And then walk??

No, they’re more for just hands and decorative purposes , they would fall right off of your feet

Is a two pack, meaning four claws or is only two claws?

It is 2 claws period. Kids still use them after a year.

I want to paint them for my costume. Will acrylic paint just come off?

It is very hard plastic; FYI it is not comfortable to wear on your hands for long. Acrylic would most likely flake off, but spray paint would probably work.
