I bought this cup for my mom’s birthday and had it mailed directly to her. She opened it and it looked like it had been in a dishwasher. The letters were scratched off.Fast forward, I contact Amazon and they shipped her out another mug. Then said she would have to return the defective mug.She was headed to the Kohl’s to return but there was a problem getting the return information. So Amazon said just keep both mugs. Happy Birthday to my mom, lots of work for the sake of having a mug you can actually read!

This was a 60th birthday gift for my friend. She was very pleased with the insulated cup and cover but especially liked the sentiment on it. The rose gold color is really feminine and pretty. My sister-in-law will be turning 60 soon and I plan to get her the exact same cup! Five stars!

I love this mug! It’s both beautiful and durable; keeps cold beverages cold and hot ones hot. Perfect for picnics or outdoor concerts.

The cup itself thankfully was not damaged, but the package it came in was completely ripped crushed and destroyed so I had to put in new packaging to give it as a gift.

The cup is durable and pretty! The color looks better in person.
