Mixes in well and has no taste
Loving this, I've added fibre to my diet without lots of extra calories, great for keeping well while dieting. I put 5g into porridge in the morning and mix well and I'm in good shape for the day. No taste at all, mixes easily and works. Everything is so much softer and more regular. By weighing 5g per portion I get 40 portions from the 200g packet which works well for getting good value for money - I don't need to use as much as they say to use which is more affordable.

Brilliant stuff
This really works well for me. I take 2 scoops most days. No taste. I have mine in sugar free squash. I recommended this to a friend and now she uses it too. I've tried many different laxatives over the last few months but this is a much healthier way to keep 'moving' 😉

Confusing serving and expensive
Product delivery and packaging all good, and the quality of the powder is excellent. It mixes very well and has almost no taste, even in water. I add it to Huel, porridge and even coffee.However. The bag is 200g and said to contain 30 servings. 200 / 30 = 6.66g.On the packaging it says 1 Serving = 1 TABLESPOON = 6G Fibre.Which is odd because 1 Tablespoon is equal to 14.175 grams. Or 15 grams in the UK.In the photo is the difference in serving size. The left being 1 Tablespoon, the right being 6.6 grams. If you’re taking 2x tablespoons a day, that’s circa 30g a day and the bag will last less than a week and be very expensive. I would imagine you would see some results though. If you divide your 200g bag by 30 servings to last the month, then it is 6.6 grams per serving. So, they need to stop switching between grams and Tablespoons on the packaging, it’s misleading. If you’re still with me, even after a couple of tablespoons of this stuff, there is a conclusion.100g contains 94.9g of fibre (according to the label).100 / 94.9 * 6.6 (half a tablespoon!) = 6.26g of fibre. So, the correct serving size is 6.6 grams, or half a tablespoon, which will give you 6g of fibre. That will give you 30 servings from a 200g bag.I asked the question on her but never got a clear and concise answer.Product seems OK. You are still better off getting your fibre from a balanced diet. Wording on the packaging needs clarifying.
