it’s the best shampoo that I have used in a long time. My bottle caps were not broken. Unlike some of the other reviewers however, the shampoo did leak out a little bit. Ultimately these need to be packed better before shipping and that is extremely evident by all of the reviews otherwise I’m almost positive this product would have closer to five stars. I think this is my new favorite shampoo as a low porosity, wavy x curly, coarse hair girl.

Favorite hair products, but comes broken
This has been my go to shampoo & conditioner for years! I was so excited to see it come as a set on Amazon, but the last two times I ordered it one of the bottles came broken :( I will be using it by unscrewing the cap but some of the product leaked out, so a little disappointed. The scent is so good and the product works great, I will still probably order again and just keep my fingers crossed that it doesn’t come broken next time!

Hard to squeeze plastic bottle
Loved these but bottles are a harder plastic and not easy to squeeze. But product made my hair soft and manageable. And loved the scent

Worth the try
It smells nice my favorite scent by Maui moister so far , it's still a light scent like the rest of their products. I really like how clean my scalp and hair feel after washing with this shampoo the conditioner is alright just doesn't moisturize my hair or tame my frizz like the vanilla bean version. One caution I would advise it's that typically you'll read about how coconut milk can soften hair or enhance hair growth etc so I went with this shampoo because "it's all natural yada yada" and have noticed my hair falling out like crazy still I've used cheaper brand shampoos like head and shoulders, treseme, elvive, Garnier, ogx , and my hair would fall out alot over time. The only shampoo that didn't make my hair fall out as much is the maui vanilla bean not my preferred scent but has been the best on my hair. But if your scalp isn't as sensitive as mine this might become your favorite all natural shampoo
