It's MDF!!! you can see in the image, left one is which I received (MDF) and right one is balsa wood which I already have.As per listing it says it is bass wood but what I received was totally different material which is MDF. And there is thickness difference also

The product is not real wood but rather pine mdf which is of good quality and crisp edges.

As name it is not wood , just wood dust in cardboard paper quality.

Not the same color item was received, it was normal brown. The item is much thicker than what it looks in the picture..

I bought this wood to use on my Cricut Maker machine. For the most part, it worked well for my purposes. Some of the wood did have chipping in it, which rendered parts of it unusable. And a couple pieces did have trouble going through my machine. But it is cheaper than Cricut brand which was what I really wanted.

Used these as supports during curtain rod hardware. Although I purchased for crafting, it was good to have them for other uses! Meanwhile, these are awesome for signage on small craft projects using Cricut applications!
