It's an absolute waste of a product. I got it installed in my new home main door recently and one sad evening, my worst nightmare came true when the key got jammed inside and despite all efforts done over an hour, the lock would not open. We got locked out of our home at 11 pm. Called a carpenter at emergency notice, he tried everything but it would not open at all. Eventually, we had to get the lock broken completely as well as had to find a backdoor route for which we had to break the entire glass window to get inside the home. Still the lock is shattered to pieces, got my expensive wood veneer PU finished door damaged in the process, had to endure replacement cost for my toughened glass window, plus door repair costs and painter costs. And the pain and agony we had to endure amidst this episode cannot be valued by any means. All of this because I chose this expensive shit over ever-reliable Godrej Rim Lock.Ye 4000 ka sada hua taala mujhe 25000 ka nuksan de gaya !
