Avid RC Guy loves this cheap runner...
The media could not be loaded. I'm a 33 year old RC enthusiast with 11 nitro trucks two nitro planes an electric street car and now this awesome boat.. you get what you pay for and it's cheap it's easy it's ready to run add 4xAA batteries and let the lipo charge for a few hrs and you'll be set. I would suggest buying a Traxxas style lipo charger that will pick the batteries out way faster I already have one in my collection. But honestly this is an extremely fun boat for $140 bucks. I mean I was planning on buying a 400 to $800 boat most likely going to pick up a nitro one one day. But I could not be happier with this little thing. The lights are cool you can control them with the switch, the self righting works awesome. Think I hit a log in the lake twice no damage. Even flipped it over and had no issue Flipping it right back over. The wife was shocked! It's awesome 😎 and definitely buy a second battery pack but don't buy a 5200mah battery... It fits but it weighs to much on the left side, slows it down.. smaller batteries and more of them. That's the key to this beast.

fast boat, a lot of fun
This is boat is fast, good quality, well made RC racing boat. It is much bigger than my other boats. The speed up to 25MPH( 40km/h), super fun.The only issue with me about this boat is the boat can not flip over by itself. I need to get in the water and help to flip over.Otherwise, it is a great boat. I like it a lot. Fun toy gift for my boys.

Very fast boat, not for young kids.
This UDI018 boat is really fast and has good long range transmitter .I pulled out the steel rope as they call it, (drive shaft ) it was greased,I've run it three times now .Twice in choppy water , once in calmwater. I like the waves ,had it jumping the waves sometimes flying 5 ,to 6 ft across the water. The first run was really cool . I hit a small roller head on full throttle the boat submerged, like a sub it kept diving untell I let up on the throttle,it popped back up to the top and took off like a rocket ,Turns on a dime, really! Very little water inside of boat, even after I submerged. So I've orderd the UDI005 The Arrow !UDIOI8 22.7 INCH . UDI005 25.4ichBoth boats run brushless motorsThe Arrow has a bigger motor.I'll review it after I recieve.Got the first boat, it was fast delivery.Thank You UDIRC!¡PS ( I'm a 70 year old rc freak ,3 crawlers, 2 race, drift cars, 3 1/28 race drift cars, drone ,jet ,and now boats )Fun without the pain of crashing and bashing .

Did I get a lemon? Broke on the 2nd time out...but it was fun while it lasted.
I highly enjoyed driving this boat and I got a lot of heads turning and people coming up to me asking about it. It's fast, sounds like a real speed boat, handles great and just floats over the water. I did get a lot of water in the boat each time and think the seal is pretty cheap to be honest. The issue: I brought it out for the 2nd time, and it would not work at all. The only thing that worked was the lights turned on and off. I couldn't get it to start again and wondering if I just got a lemon or if all the water in the boat broke the ESC. I was highly disappointed and returned it, but I'm seriously leaning towards getting another one. I mean, what are the odds of getting two lemons in a row? Or is the seal a common issue with others and it's damaging the internal parts?
