This is a lovely and interactive way of working on so many skills. I bought this to teach a child with special needs and the cards cover skills such as sequencing, patterns,sorting, grouping, sizing, positional language, early subtraction/addition. I had to buy the Family counters which are sold separately to make full use of these cards.

These cards go really nicely with the people resources and are great counting, colours, shapes, sequencing and narratives.

These was purchase to use with all about me people counters. The children in my nursery are able to match the bright colourful people with the correct picture on card. It allows the children to add and subtract

The cards give you good ideas for using the counters but once a card has been used you can't really reuse it as each card is, in effect, one sum. Because of this it works out quite expensive at about 50p per sum at the price I paid.
