I couldn’t be happier with this orange rain jacket! The quality is top-notch — you can feel the durability as soon as you put it on. Very nice and great price

I ordered two of these for my two boys, not realizing I was ordering different styles. The one with red trim (color D1. Black), is Ultra-light. The other was color C1. Black. Both jackets are great, but we returned the C1. These are for a backpacking trip, so the boys preferred the softer feel, lighter weight, and smaller packing ability of the ultra-light. The ultra-light doesn't have the under-arm zippers that the heavier jacket has, and it has a wire in the section of the hood at the top of the head, whereas the other jacket has a panel of fabric that is more rigid in that location. (The wire is thicker than, but reminds me of, the wire over the nose in a face mask.) Hopefully the wire doesn't come through the fabric with repeated wear. A lot of reviewers complained about the fit, but I put the large on both boys AND my husband, and the fit worked well for all three. Sizes as follows: First son is 6'3" and 160 lbs and has slightly wider shoulders from swimming, but is lean. The jacket had enough room in the shoulders for him, was quite loose through the torso, and the sleeves were just long enough. Torso length was good, even with my son's height. Second son is 6'1.5" and 130 pounds. Yes, he's a string bean. The large is a little too big through the body for him, but he needs the length in the torso and arms. It wasn't so big that he was drowning in it. Husband is 5'10" and 170-ish lbs. He used to be a swimmer as well, and is still a bit more broad-shouldered than some, but he still had room to wear the jacket over a fleece without being horribly uncomfortable. Sleeves were a little long on him. I'm a tiny bit concerned that the lighter fabric won't repel water as well. I'll have the boys try it out one day when we get a downpour, and will come back to edit.

I am 5'10" at 185lbs. I usually wear either medium or large. I have a medium windbreaker jacket I wear all the time with a t-shirt underneath it. I ordered this jacket large thinking I can wear a sweat shirt underneath this one if there is extra room. I have a broad shoulder but don't have guts. This large jacket is plenty large and is true to its size. I can wear it with a thick sweat shirt with even extra room. A lot of reviewers complain their jacket runs small but their sizes are all at least 2XLG. If you have a big belly, the slim fitting nature of the jacket may not fit around the belly by its own design. It does run a bit longer than my other jacket but I can tighten the string at the end to bring it up a touch. It's good for taller people. I could have gotten away with a medium if I only wear t-shirts underneath but large turned out plenty big. If you don't have guts and have a fit body, I believe this jacket will fit true to its size. As for the quality, this is a very nice jacket for the price I paid. It's waterproof and is not thin and flimsy. It has enough layers that feel like a solid jacket and has the look of a nice Columbia jacket. The hood can be tucked into the back side of the collar if you don't live in a rainy area. I leave mine out all the time since I live in the PNW. This was a good buy.

I like it a lot. Kept me dry! Runs a little bigger than I like. Got an XL and wish I would have gotten a large!

10 out of 10 is what this rain jacket should be allowed to have for stars! Got caught in some nasty rain hiking the Appalachian Trail recently and this jacket held up GREAT! Everything about this is well made and quality materials.

I bought this rain jacket after seeing hundreds of very positive reviews, some especially mentioning that it was very well built and durable. As a rain jacket it is certainly very functional, great water resistance while allowing comfortable movement while wearing it. Looks OK too. In the first couple of days after I got it, though, the stitching on the inside of one of the outside pockets gave way, so that I could no longer use that pocket to keep anything like a key as it would just fall out or into the lining of the jacket. I attempted to repair this with some fabric sealer and adhesive tape. Then a week later the little loop on the collar for hanging up the jacket also gave way - just seemed to fray loose at one point. So now I can't hang it up by that loop and instead have to hang it by the collar or the hood. Certainly these are not "showstopper" problems, and I can still use the jacket despite these flaws, but I am surprised that a product rated for durability would have such poor construction that the seams and stitching give way so quickly. I don't abuse my jackets in any way, other jackets I have owned have been fine after years of normal use. I just hope nothing more serious gives way in the jacket over time, like the seams of the main body of the jacket.

La verdad adquirí está chamarra por el precio, que lo consideré bastante accesible en comparación con otras marcas, por lo que esperaba un producto relativamente de calidad media, pero fue grata mi sorpresa cuando llegó el producto que en verdad es de primera calidad, los materiales se sientes bastante resistentes así como los cierres y velcros. La talla es justa como lo indican las tablas de referencia, yo elegí chica y me quedo perfecta, mido 170 y peso 75 kg. Lo que si noté es que es algo caliente, me la puse y en pocos minutos sentí calor, pero yo soy una persona que se acalora fácilmente, así que tal vez para la mayoría le resulte agradable. Actualización. La verdad sigo fascinado con está chamarra, la he usado un par de veces para salir en bicicleta con lluvia moderada y repele muy bien el agua, no permite filtración alguna, los puños se ajustan con velcro y se puede ceñir a la cintura gracias a las cintas elásticas con las que cuenta. Sin duda recomiendo este producto ampliamente.

Cette veste est un article qui vaut son rapport qualité/prix. Elle rempli bien son rôle de protection contre la pluie. Pour la taille, c'est correct pour homme de 1m87 et 85 kg, (taille XL). les manches sont assez longues , cette veste me va bien avec 3 couches en-dessous. (TS manche longue + Base Layer + veste polaire). Coupe-vent parfait , aucune sensation de fraicheur , ça tient chaud et respirante . Tenue correcte sous pluie normale (sur 30 minutes) , aucune pénétration par l'intérieure, pas d'humidité non plus. Que ce soit à pied ou à vélo , la veste joue bien son rôle d'imperméable. Pas encore soumise au test, sous pluie battante ou orageuse ou neige, (rapport de commentaire sera développé ultérieurement). La capuche est assez large , elle enveloppe bien casquette, bonnet ou casque vélo. Par contre les attaches pour serrer sont un peu complexe, faut trouver la bonne façon de serrer. celle-ci se range dans le col assez haut avec 3 petits velcros, Intérieur du col est doux en texture polaire. Il y a deux poches de chaque côté, et une poche intérieure. protégée avec fermeture zippée, protège les affaires dans les poches. Veste Idéale pour randonnée à pied ou à vélo. Il sera nécessaire d'ajouter un surpantalon imperméable du même type de matériau. (Imperméable, respirant).
