Perfect for cloud bread! 😀
I'm so pleased! I follow a low carb keto plan of eating, which includes cloud (oopsie) bread. This pan is perfect for that. initially, I would simply plop the batter on a cookie sheet and let them run into whatever shape they would. In an attempt to control the shape, I would use a Texas muffin tin, and simply fill it only about a half an inch deep. This works well, and made perfect liverwurst sandwich size 2 inch diameter slices of cloud bread. When looking for a larger pan to make larger diameter slices of bread, I came across this silicon pan, and I decided to give it a try. I used my usual recipe, (I'll include it below) and the recipe worked up perfectly. The bread removed from the pan just fine, and barely any cleanup was needed. Instructions State this is dishwasher safe but I simply hand wash it, easy. The diameter of the finished bread is about 4 in, perfect size for a typical hamburger.***Cloud bread recipe***3 egg whites and a quarter teaspoon of salt, beat to stiff peaks, set aside.3 egg yolks.100g of cottage cheese, cream cheese, OR yogurt.Half tablespoon of psyllium husk powderHalf teaspoon of baking sodaBeat together, then fold in egg whites completely.Slightly oil pan, fill each well with the batter.Season tops if desired.Bake at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 minutes or to desired brown-ness.I removed mine from the baking sheet immediately using spatula, to avoid any sticking but at this point I don't know if there would be any. They probably would have just popped right out when cooled.Edited to say: I'm still loving this hand. Last time I made my bread, I did not bother spraying it firsts and it made no difference with sticking (meaning that the bread does not stick when spraying it or not spraying it) so I'm not going to bother to do it again 😀It's best to let them cool several minutes after baking and then just pop them out.Clean up this easy, it just rinses clean. It's also dishwasher safe. I've used it several times and it still looks perfect. The only thing I could wish for, is a pan that made twice as many at half the diameter. That would be an awesome addition to my low carb pan cooking collection.

Nice silicone jumbo muffin pan
Made some bran muffins today – 350° for 30 minutes. I put the silicone muffin pan on a cooling rack and put that in the oven, so it wouldn't be flopping all over the place.Did not use any grease at all, because I didn't want to gunk it up. After they were done baking, I took it out and LET IT COOL for about half an hour. Then I just pressed the muffins out From the bottom of each cup. It worked fine! And very easy to just rinse off. Very happy!

Works well, nothing sticks, but a tad small
I’ve used these a few times now for muffins, egg bites, and cupcakes. The pan works well and nothing sticks, but when compared in size to metal cupcake pans, these wells do run a bit smaller.

works great for muffins
For muffins, it releases easy. Normal size muffins. It was put in the oven without a pan underneath and worked fine. Sturdy enough that we put it in before we remembered whether or not a pan was supposed to go underneath it. :) (A lot of silicone pans have to have a pan underneath.) Did try cleaning it in the dishwasher the second time around, but it had water marks on it, so I rinsed it again. Easy enough to clean that I will just hand wash it from now on and save myself the extra rinsing from the dishwasher.

Easy clean up!
First time baking with silicone. Easy easy clean up! Product fairly rigid, did put a cookie sheet under it, don’t think it was totally necessary.

An interesting, helpful, and lovely muffin pan!
I've had this product for a month or so now, and I have to say I quite love it. The silicone does it's job quite well and there's absolutely no problem with unsticking the muffins. Just make sure you let them cool before trying to pop them out (othewise you'll just tear them). Now one thing I've had trouble with, and I assume you might be too, is figuring out the size of the muffin receptacles and how much batter goes into which. Most recipies online or in old cookbooks are for the classic sized, 12-muffin pans. These 12 Muffin recipies usually suit a 24 mini-muffin pan or a Texas-style 4 jumbo muffin pan. But what about this weird, sillicone, irregularly sized (since it's between a jumbo and a classic sized muffin), larger-than-average muffin pan?Well after a lot of trial and error it turns out most recipes that make 12 classic-sized muffins need to be scaled down to 9 in order for the volume of the batter to fill the Silicon 6-Cup muffin pan. I did this with four different recipies for banana nut muffins, chocolate chip muffins, blueberry muffins, from recipes belonging to Chef John from Foodwishes, Laura Vitale and Joyofbaking, always taking their 12 muffin recipes and scaling them down to 9 and it's worked every time.I'm pretty sure it'll work for your own tried and tested 12-cup classic muffin recipes. To scale a recipe is pretty easy once you know how, it just takes a bit of math. Here's how you do it. If the recipe is for 12 muffins (and this math works for larger 18 muffin, or 22 muffin or whatever sized recipe) then all you need to do is take the divide 9 by 12 (or 18 or 22 depending on your own recipe) and that fraction, which should be 0.75 is what you'll multiply ALL your ingredients by.So 1 cup of flour turns into 3/4, 200 grams of sugar turns into 150 grams. 1/2 tsp of baking powder turns into a little over a quarter of a teaspoon, etc. It's pretty simple. Scale down all of the ingredients, the wet and the dry, and you'll get the volume just right to fit into this lovely little muffin pan. Hope that helps.

Calidad regular
No me encantaron porque no puedes hornear sin usar capacillo, aunque las engrases, se les pega mucho la masa. No tiene caso que sean de silicon en lugar de metal si igual vas a tener problemas con el residuo. Definitivamente hay mejores moldes de silicon

I used my old teflon muffin pan and got so annoyed trying to get the egg whites out
I bought this product because I want to make egg white bites to follow through with my New Year's resolution. I used my old teflon muffin pan and got so annoyed trying to get the egg whites out, I ended up throwing the pan out. I got on Amazon and started looking for pans specifically designed to clean up well. I read the reviews about this pan and ordered one. It came yesterday. I made the egg white bites last night and can't believe how easy the pan cleaned up. Tonight I'm ordering 2 more just in case I can't find them again. One reviewed commented about having to support it when putting it into the oven and I agree. I only filled mine 3/4 full and didn't have a problem putting it into the oven unsupported. I don't plan on making muffins but I will be making mini turkey meat loafs along with the egg white bites and this is the pan for it.I would highly recommend this product.

Of all the pots and pans we own this stands out in a class of its own.
My wife and I used this pan to create some muffins the other day and we were astonished at how easy they were to empty. The pan cooled right away once removed from the oven and a few minutes later when we turned the pan over out came the muffins. We looked at each other and laughed. If only we had know a long time ago how great these work. Cleanup is so fast as well. Recommend placing them on a cookie sheet as they are very flexible. Since buying the pan have used it every weekend. I make up some egg muffins that I freeze up and eat as I need them. A little sausage, onion, cheese, peppers, mushroom with an egg in each cup and they come out amazingly easy. Another great product. Highly recommend to friends and family.
