This set is so so so adorable. Everything was so soft & nice quality. I want one for myself..ha ha. I bought 2 for my grandbabies so they could lay back & chill after having tonsil surgery and they love them. I was impatient with the pillow & though noway this will puff up like a horseshoe but it did. The one I put in the dryer & shook it a little & it went faster. These are just comfortable & super adorable sets. Thank you

I was a little surprised since the packaging was so small. All 3 items were vaccum-sealed and it took a while for the pillow to plump up. The mask looks a little cheap, but you get what you pay for, it did stay on and feels soft. The pillow’s neck was a little small and my 6-yr is old tiny. She just tried it on and said it was “tight” so I’ll have to update to see how she feels once it’s actually closed for several hours during the flight. I opened it two days ago and it still was very wrinkled. Not a deal breaker, but presentation wise- I am not a big fan of it being packed like that. Maybe it’s how the company cuts costs and the item is not as expensive?- who knows! oh well, like I said not enough of a reason not to keep it and return- yet. (I’m hoping it’ll perform well during the actual flight)

pillow expanded very quickly and we didnt have any issues. came with an eye mask and that is what our daughter uses most. she uses it every night to go to sleep. happy with purchase

Like many others have mentioned mine arrived SO stiff right out of the package. I’ve received other vacuum sealed items, but they usually puff up right away. Luckily mine did arrive with instructions to massage, put in dryer for 20 mins, and allow 24 hours for full inflation. I did that, BUT it was still stiff and my kid was frustrated . I washed a load of bedding and decided to throw the pillow in with the damp bedding and dried it on HIGH for 1 hr. Low and behold it did the trick and now the pillow is fully puffed up and adorable. I normally don’t write reviews, but I wanted to hopefully help others not give up on the product!

The pillow arrived shrunken which is fine but it never puffed up to a useable size, even after 5 days of being out of the packaging. It is completely unusable, squished and rock hard in places.

The package came in a very small box that was wrinkled and the memory foam was squished and had holes in it . so I put it in the dryer and it became bigger and the memory foam was not squished up anymore wish box was bigger and not wrinkled but the pillow is overall cute and super soft when placed in the dryer.

The sponge (bottom image) doesn’t fluff up like the other one I have ordered. 2 stars are for the cute eye mask and cover
