Perfect, good value too

These actually seem to make a difference for me. I have reasonably high but well managed anxiety and these have taken the edge off a lot, if anything I feel a bit flat, but a good flat, less extreme highs and lows.

Love ashwagandha I’m not sure if it’s placebo or not but regardless I’ve been taking these for over a year and I for sure, sleep better, calmer and help me with day to day anxiety.

I cycle this on & off to help with stress levels and find it very effective. Very good brand & as it’s KM66 you know it’s good quality.

the tablets are huge

Really good product that is effective. Within 3 days i was feeling the effect. I take my dose at night time and it helps me sleep soundly and wake feeling refreshed amd not sluggish at all. Great product. Great company.

Honestly never noticed a difference in my mental or physical health. Well packaged. Well priced. Does it work? I honestly don’t know. Didn’t buy again.

Questa pianta che mi è stata consigliata da un medico e una pianta che cura lo stress è usata nella medicina ayurvedica e vi dico che io avendo problemi di sonno da quando la sto usando ho avuto dei benefici e non mi sveglio più ad intermittenza durante la notte e ho incominciato a sognare. Rilassamento totale consiglio da acquistare e se volete dei benefici al top prendetela con melatonina in pastiglia.

Clean ingredients list, obviously of good quality since it's certified ksm 66. The only issue is that online the new label states the Withanolides; 5% 30mg. However the physical product containing that new label completely leaves out any mention of Withanolides, just the amount of Ashwagandha in mg although that's not important the active compound that gives all the benefits is left out which makes me question the intentions behind that decision, but since it's root extract and ksm-66 you can basically expect that it at least contains 5% so I'm satisfied but for transparency they shouldnt have a different label online from the physical one.
