Nice unit. Easy to trigger, but I expected it to be much louder. Compared to other similar units we’ve used, this one is softer (I don’t have a dB meter).

The instructions say remove the cover to change the batteries. We tried to open the case from the side but the cover didn't open and we were afraid to try to force the case open. Without setting off the alarm can the batteries only be changed once they are fully discharged? Having a photo or diagram of opening the case prior to needing to change the batteries would be helpful.

Quick, bright and lound. Only a 4 because I know there are units at a similar price which have 2 methods to activate and stop, and a flashlight feature.

It's a great style, but I did not realize I would need both hands to operate. My feeling was I could show one hand to the attacker with my hand operating tge control in the other serepticiously instead you need 1 hand to hold and one hand to remove the top of the lid

This device is easy to use. Requires no password, code or voice commands. Attach to purse or cloths in an easy access. Use while jogging , shopping or what ever. Just pull the snap to activate.
