Q: How long are the threaded supply/mounting tubes? I need 2"!

These are 1 1/2". You can use a shank extender to add more length. If you search Amazon I think Danco makes them.

Q: What are the thread specification for connecting to the water supply? Do the connections have outer threads and inner threads?

The threaded nipples (one for hot, one for cold) have an outside diameter of .80" and appear to be 14 threads per inch. I believe this is a standard for camper plumbing connections because all mine are the same size and thread. The nipples are threaded on the outside, the water hoses in the camper which connect to these nipples have female (inside threaded) connections.

Q: Can the flow rate (GPM) be adjusted or modified?

When i installed it in my camper, I did not see anyway to modify it.

Q: Why does this rv shower diverter have a pin hole on the bottom? This is probably a dumb question but the original one didn't have that pin hole ..

There is a weep hole to allow water in your hose to drain out. Remove your hose and try the faucet. This dripping is a feature that is preventing stagnant water left in your shower hose. If the water is on, the weep hole should not drip. If there isn’t a hose attached, the weep hole should not drip.
