So I know the bassinet is super flat, for safety. But guess what, my baby had the hardest getting comfortable in it, he just wanted to be held and woke up frequently until we picked him back up. We were exhausted, my husband would makeshift blanket pillows. Ya I wasnt the most thrilled with this idea at all. I appreciate the thought. But I did my research and found this gem. Memory foam is already amazing. But in baby shape and with the head contoured had been amazing. Our thought was to mimic us holding him and not letting his beautiful head that I just created get flat in the back.Oh and did I mention the best part of this product, how could I forget! He sleeps beautifully in his bassinet now. And peacefully...for about 4-5 hours during the night. I can actually sleep. It's a beautiful moment. And it's helped him realize the difference between night and day. Say what?! Yes! We sleep, and he wakes up in such a good mood. Will definitely be recommending to everyone. Oh and buy the second pillow cover. You'll thank me. Because you can clean the dirty one, put the clean one back on, and he can nap while you're doing laundry.

Small gestures but we were immensely touched and hope small family businesses like this would thrive. Probably it works well for other babies but it was too shallow for my infant who already has a relatively flat head.

This was advertised as being suitable for promoting a round head but in my experience the design of the product does not encourage this. It seems fine as a regular pillow but due to it being so shallow in the middle and because it doesn’t relieve any pressure from the back of the head at all - perhaps it does with an older child with a larger head but my 3 month olds head just rests in the indentation with full pressure on the back of his head - I wouldn’t recommend for head shaping purposes

This pillow worked great for the flatting my baby had on one side before but my baby hair was getting caught up on the pillow case was bald on the sides he slept on and I kept seen hair but as soon I took it away since he didn’t need it anymore 6 months old his hair finally was coming out. I give them 3 stars because I order it with the extra pillow case and they didn’t send it with the package, neither give me a refund for it or even answer back my email. Bad customer service!

This looks great, but I bought the package that has the extra pillow case and it was sadly not included .
