Ryder Clips Unlimited customer service is spot on!!!I ordered 2 sets of clips and they were originally delivered to the wrong address so I reached out to Rider Clips Unlimited and they sent a second order at their expense to keep a customer happy. The first order finally received and I tried to return the 2nd order. Rider Clips Unlimited said it would count against their shipping reviews if they did so. This company I gather is very small and they can't take a chance of a bad review, I understand times are hard and wanted to shout out how good they are at trying to please their customers. Thank you Rider Clips Unlimited for your Character!!! 5 STARS!!!

I love these boot clips, they're solid and secure feeling so I was super disappointed when they broke. I contacted customer service and received a quick response and awesome resolution. I would recommend these clip despite one breaking because I know the company will stand behind their product.

This is the 2nd pair of these I've ordered for my husband. He thought he lost one of the first set, but luckily found them. He is glad he has 2 pair now, just in case. These look badass, too!

When received 1 clip was in pieces, after putting it together it didn't hold all the time. After adjusting it with a little persuasion, they do hold and haven't let go the last few times I've been out.

Far better than the horrible straps that immediately come loose or in my case broke at the clip. Somebody invested some serious thought in this product,
