It’s sugar for brewing.

Using this brewing sugar rather than normal supermarket brands definitely gives the beer a better taste and dissolves more quickly during brewing. It is more expensive than normal sugar but worth the little extra for a better brew.

Buying in a quantity like this suits me because I'm brewing 5 litres at a time. Works as well as any other sugar I've tried.

High Street shop stopped having it in stock. What they had was a small quantity of a much more expensive alternative.This replaces exactly the original option. Slightly more expensive but you can get it.Used for the first time today and worked fine.
