When I first got this, I followed the directions and took it with water first thing in the morning. It didn't taste good, but it was drinkable. I saw some results the first week, but then it tapered off, and I wasn't sure I wanted to shell out another $50 for a second month. BUT I decided to tweak my routine and give it another chance. The thing is, I had been doing intermittent fasting, so I wasn't eating a meal until around 2pm, but I was drinking the Activated You first thing in the morning like the directions said to do. Instead, I tried waiting and drinking it just before my first meal of the day, around 2pm. And it WORKED! I also changed it up and now I blend it into a smoothie. I do keto, so my smoothie is 1/2 small carton of keto yogurt, a small amount of almond milk, and 4 frozen strawberries + 1 scoop of Activated You. The smoothie is DELICIOUS and makes taking this supplement a joy! Now I'm very regular– like every day regular– and it's wonderful. No more painful bloating or weeks of constipation. I still get some gas every now and then, but it moves through my body rather than just getting stuck. My stomach is flatter and softer- no more hardness or bloating. Honestly, I wouldn't pay this much for something unless I was desperate for relief and it actually worked– it took some experimenting with how and when I take it, but this DOES actually work and I'm happy to shell out the cash to make it part of my diet because it helps me feel SO much better.

Ok first of all I want to say who cares how full the stupid container is!! It's a month supply just as advertised. So may reviews on here complaining about the container being half full - it is, but you are still getting what you paid for so not sure why so many people complain about an irrelevant fact. Granted I don't understand the need to waste so much packaging, a container half the size would be fine...and then people wouldn't complain - perceived value! Its a month supply so get over how full the overly large container is. LOL Ok, rant on that over...onto the more important issues: I have never tried a probiotic before, which seems weird considering I am a bit of a health nut and this has so many good health benefits. But a first time for everything right! So if this is your first one, like me, and others I read some reviews on here stated - it will mess with your stomach at first. THIS IS NORMAL. I have to laugh at people that gave up after a day or two - do you not have google? You can easily look up a million thing that state when trying a new probiotic that it takes your body some time to adjust, anywhere from a few days to a few weeks. So you can't throw in the towel after 2 days then leave a bad review talking about how gassy this made you. That is a normal side effect when starting. It took my body right about a week to adjust. And yes that first week, wasn't the most fun, I will admit. But as with anything new you put in your body you have to let it adjust. I told my husband that week I felt like the good bacteria were battling it out with the bad bacteria for dominance over my digestive system. I was gassy, really gassy and bloated and uncomfortable. But I do have that new fangled thing called "Google", and read a lot on starting a probiotic, which I recommend so you know what to expect, and all these symptoms are perfectly normal. After a week all that subsided and everything felt normal again....but with great effects. I am certainly on a regular #2 schedule now, about 2 hours after I take it, I go. I feel great!! My body feels like its doing what its supposed to and getting rid of what it needs to. I love the added benefit of the super greens in this, I also add a scoop of my other Isagenix greens stuff to get more of my veggies in. So far this seems like a great product, its legit and does what it says. As for the taste, again people complain but you can figure out ways to make things taste better. I got the citrus flavor. I bought some Super Greens juice which you can find at the grocery store, I only use about 1/2 cup of that - its just enough to add a little sweetener and good flavor. 1 scoop of the Morning Complete and 1 scoop of my Greens from Isagenix, add in some more water and blend it up in my little rechargeable blender-it mixes just fine. Its delicious. If it tasted like candy alone it probably wouldn't be good for you as that tends to signify artificial flavors and crap that's bad for you! So find your healthy way to make it taste better and realize it tastes not so great on its own because its full of beneficial things, not fake crap. The Super Greens juice I use is all veggies and some fruit, no artificial crap, but its sweet enough to give a great flavor with a very minimal amount, literally about 1/2 cup. To sum up, I have been using for a month now and feel great - glad I started this and will continue to do so. I recommend this product, stick with it!

Do NOT buy Activated You from Amazon!! I have been using Activated You (purchased directly from the website) for 6 months and have loved the results I've seen. Because I forgot to reorder, i purchased this product on Amazon thinking that as I bought it from the Activated You store on Amazon it would be the same product. As soon as I opened the new container, I noticed something was off. The scent wasn't as strong and the coloring was a little lighter than normal, but I didn't read too much into it. I've been taking it every morning for 6 months with regular, daily bowel movements, but with the product from Amazon, I became severely constipated to the point that after a week of not having a bowel movement, I had to take a laxative and have had to do so twice since starting the container from Amazon. I reordered from the Activated You website, and tossed the Amazon jar, and everything is back to normal again. This site is a SCAM!!!

Update- After finishing the citrus flavor I wanted to try a different flavor before I gave up. I ordered the apple cinnamon. It is so much better. I also started using the electric frother that I read someone else uses in a review. So much easier and tastes so much better. Still waiting to see changes, but happy I tried a new flavor. I purchased this because a family member uses it. She convinced 2 other family members to use it as well. I think it tastes horrible. I am almost gagging to get it all down. I am only 4 days in, not sure what benefits to be expecting to see. Hopefully whatever it does is worth the money. So far, not impressed.

I'm going to use this product for 3-4 months continuously and update as I go. Month One: I have not noticed a difference in weight loss, energy, or measurement around my waist. My body does seem to be running much hotter than normal. The first few days I took this product it made me dizzy and nauseous the entire day for 3-4 days. Unfortunately I have also had really bad diarrhea every single day for 3 weeks now and I am not sure if this will subside.
