Worked good in the beginning but 6 weeks after purchase it dropped out of the holder, just fell on the side and since then it cannot be turned off. Once the batteries are in it runs constantly and cannot be turned off again. That’s sad because otherwise it was a good product but seemingly too sensitive. Edit: The seller contacted me and offered a fast and convenient solution. The seller honored the lifetime product guarantee. Great Service!!

Promising at first but stops working after 4-5 months. This is my second unit in 1 year and both units stopped working with 4-5 months of purchase It does the job when its working but longevity is meh....

I am absolutely thrilled with the results. This product truly deserves a 5-star rating for several reasons. One of the best amazon choice that I ever bought! Its amazing product. Its affordable and gets the job amazingly. No need to go to starbucks honestly. And their customer service is amazingly reaching out even u dont have any issues.

Tried many milk frothers. I find this brand the best I've used, so far. I use 2X AA size batteries with 2,400 mA each. Been using it daily for almost 2 months now. Have not re-charged the battery yet--with no noticeable change in the speed of the motor. Its motor is efficient--a battery saver. It looks and feels sturdy holding it. The metal rod spins solidly, with very little wobbling of the whisk compared to cheaper brands. Frothing is quite strong. It produces smooth froth in a few seconds with no large bubbles. But, make sure to use a tall container to avoid spillage. Have not tried using it in more viscous liquid, like hollandaise sauce or egg whites. Will test it soon. I wish the double whisk version is also available here on Amazon.

It worked fine for 3 months, during which I changed the batteries twice, and then it broke down! I only used it to froth my matcha tea, just 2 cups a day. I changed the batteries, tried different brands of batteries, still it would not work again! So either consider it a temporary, disposable appliance or don’t waste your time and money.

Easy to use, made of good reliable materials. Highly recommended! I’m buying the second one for office as well
