Good, easy to operate safe. Just make sure when u set the fingerprint, ur finger is oriented as to how you’d actually approach it, as in, when u need to quickly pull out a gun in the middle of the night.

A lot of reviews say the keys didn't work and when I first got it my keys didn't seem to work as well. I was like damn, and then I read the instructions that said that you have to turn the key counterclockwise and then clockwise. Seems like another security feature if someone gets a hold of the keys they won't work unless they know this. Also the batteries didn't line up exactly with the electrodes inside so it would lose its connection and power. I took a flashlight to see which battery wasn't connected and was able to push it in place easily and it would work again. Then I simply inserted a piece of cardboard next to it to hold it in place. Finally, you don't need to even have batteries inside it as it has electrodes on the outside where you can connect a 9 volt battery to get it power and with the physical keys it doesn't require power at all, but I like the finger scan and keypad features because it's convenient and I can hide my keys somewhere far away from the safe yet still get access to my treasure inside. Overall, it does what it claims and I am happy with it for what I need it for. Finally, like most safes, if thieves steal it they will probably be able to use power tools to cut it open through the bottom, but it has mounting bolts that can make it more difficult to take and the size is small so it's easy to hide. Overall, it's not perfect, but it does what it claims to do and the price was pretty decent.

I bought this safe, because I put my pills in it. It keeps the kids away from taking them an I am safer knowing they can't get them.

Terrible safe. Do not buy this. Inside all the screws are broken, and the “wall” on the inside of the door with all the wires is completely broken off. I don’t think I can use the reset button because it’s broken off. And I am so pissed because I ordered this garbage in April, had family surprise visit me. And literally just tonight was in my garage like Oh snap I forgot about this safe. So I missed my return window and I am honestly pissed which is my fault. I’ve never had any product I’ve bought been this messed up, and for it to be a safe in such bad shape is ridiculous. Also a corner of my safe has been dented upon opening with the black paint or whatever completely ripped off. Lastly the little bead bag was ripped so now I have all these beads everywhere falling out of the holes of the safe. Which I have no idea why a safe has holes? I’ll have photos.

It’s sturdy, spacious and secure.

This was exactly the size I needed I tried other ones and the size was always different from what was stated on the product details but this one was exactly correct! Thank you.

Sometimes the safe doesn’t open immediately, it’s much better to just keep the key on you and hide the spare.
