Small but perfectly formed
I get my small camera kit in with ease and it fits in all my walking rucksacks. Perfect

Compact size, perfect for to protect your gear in your own bag.
Great size for a basic mirrorless kit with a few accessories - Can be used on its own or put into a backpack. I rather use my own since I don’t want an actual ‘camera bag’.

Perfect for A6600 + Sigma 18-50mm 2.8 or Sigma 56mm 1.4
I wanted something that was big enough to hold a Sony A6600 + Sigma 18-50mm or Sigma 56mm 1.4. I also wanted to lay the camera on the side with the grip up. This case is perfect. It can be used as a mini shoulder bag with the included strap or it can be thrown in a backpack. The quality seems great. It is great protection when traveling (or even just in the car) when I don't want to carry multiple lenses or bigger lenses.

Good piece of gear but not what I need.
This is a good piece of gear and exactly what the seller claims. In the end, however, it's not what I need. I want a backpack or slingback with easy accessibility and some protection for my mirrorless camera and a couple of lenses plus a means to carry a tripod, jacket, water bottle, maybe some snacks. I think a 20L bag should cover this. Put this insert in a 20L bag and it fits but it's bulky and I would say more than needed and the accessibility is at best ok. The insert protects the camera from condensation on a cold food item or from sharp edges on a souvenir but the ease of access is hindered if you have to close the lid. I was probably better off with gloves in the bottom of the backpack and a jacket on top until I needed the camera. I just prefer not wandering around around with my camera around my neck all the time. Still looking.

This bag rocks
First off I would like to say that originally I bought the BYOB 9. I was really impressed with the build quality, design, and overall protection, but it was too small for my needs. I returned it and got the BYOB 10 instead and it fits my EOS R with 24-105mm on the body, a few filters, batteries, strap, and 50mm lens with wiggle room to spare. There is a big size difference honestly in 9 and 10. Glad I found the perfect bag for me though. I attached a few peak design eyelits to the strap loops also so I can use my camera strap as the bag strap for transport. Overall, I’m extremely happy with this bag.
