This is the very BEST cleaning tool I have ever bought. Ive had a stroke and can no longer lift buckets of water and carry up and down stairs to clean my ceramic floors. Out with buckets and mops. Now I have a steam mop that will clean my ceramic and carpet floors, and it weighs about 1.5 lb! I have white ceramic and white carpet throughout, and I had 1 heavy traffic area coming in from the garage to family room. The carpet was soiled and look awful. But Some Oxy Clean and this little lightweight tarzan, I cleaned it to look just like new. Im hooked. And its so light, I can carry it up and downstairs with ease. Just lay it down and open the plug to fill the water canister, and it only takes about 20 seconds to start steaming. There are pads for the ceramic, and an additional attachment that you just sit it on and it snaps into place to raise it a bit to use on carpet. This is a little workhorse! And I love it! And lots of attachments to steam clean windows, crevices, scrubbers for scrubbing heavy soiled areas, steam clean your clothes too with it. All I need is it and a vacuum, and no other cleaning tools. This does it all. You will not be disappointed. Im 83 yr old lady with stroke and heart problems, so if I can use it with ease, anyone can do it. I've had this for awhile now and I love it. I'm not sure why I waited so long to purchase a steam mop. This mop in particular works well. The head swivels nicely and is WAY easier to navigate than my Swiffer was. It also comes with a bunch of attachments to take the mop from a mop to a handheld device (crevice tools, scrubbers etc.). When you are ready to use, you turn the power on, wait 15ish seconds and the power button will turn green to let you know the water is heated. You can adjust the steam level. Super easy. The pads for the mop portion are machine washable, which I love and there is also a carpet glider to help refresh your carpet. My favorite feature is actually that it locks in place when you bring it fully into a standing position so it can stand on its own when not in use (makes storing it way easier if I don't have to find a place to lean or hang it). Overall, I think this was a great purchase, definitely worth the money I paid!

I love this steam cleaner! It feels cheaply made, the plastic is pretty flimsy, but it works so well and is really thought out! I am pleasantly surprised and impressed. I had a shark for 15 years and always kinda hated it because I had to pump it to get steam and it never really got up stains on my floor that well. This steam cleaner provides great hot steam within seconds of plugging it in and gets stains and goo off the floor so easily that I couldn’t even get out with elbow grease and a sponge! It’s easy to fill, has a nice long chord, easy to put the attachments on. I really love it. Other reviews have said it doesn't last long so time will tell, but so far I’m loving it. One complaint I have is that you can extend the handle but if you put any pressure on it, it just pushes back down. But whatever, the cleaning power and ease of it are worth it to me.

My friend highly recommended this particular Steam mop, and it was added bonus that it was on sale. She spoke very highly of its ease of assembly and Superior Quality compared to a well-known brand. I concur that it was straightforward to put together, in the steam significantly simplifies the cleaning process. Using the steam mop on my floors was indeed easier than using my previous mop. The coordinates was perfect for my open concept home. I only had to fill the water reservoir twice.

I used my new steam cleaner for the first time this week. It was very easy to assemble but directions were lacking about how to fill the tank with water (I figured it out myself but this should really be in the directions). The unit itself heats up quickly and the steam comes out well and consistently. I used the steamer to clean my kitchen floor and I must say that it did a fantastic job. I like that I don't have to use chemical cleaners like I did before. I have a laminate kitchen floor and I think the steam cut through all the layers of build up from the cleaners. I also used it on my tile floors and I found that you need to go back over this with a dry towel because if you leave the water to just dry, it leaves some faint patches. When I went over the floor with a dry towel, it picked up some dirt off the floor so obviously the pad on the unit did not pick up all the dirt. One of the other reviews said that the pads don't really look dirty after you mop and I have to admit that I did not see the dirt on the pad either although I had some dirty areas that it took care of. It could be that you don't see the dirt on the pad as much because it is a gray color to begin with. For areas in the bathroom that I really want to disinfect, I held the steamer over it for 8 seconds (per the directions). The bathroom odors were gone which I was happy about. I do feel like there is a different level of clean in my house now (hopefully not just my imagination). The product comes with two cleaning pads and I bought an extra one so I have enough clean ones to switch out as needed. Overall, I'm happy with this product. I have yet to try the attachments so I'll update with info on those later.

Clearly, this steamer works. I love it for the bathroom. The grout is pretty disgusting but this I only did a couple passes with the attachment. If I spent about 10 mins working on it, I'm sure it would be cleaner than it was when we moved it 7 years ago. The house was built in the 50s and not much upgrades done to it. The tile and grout is very old. The pictures before and after I did in about 3 mins just to get an idea. Biggest complaint: it is very hard to get the attachment head for the mop off of it. I had to use a small screw driver to push in the pin and pull like heck on the handle. This would be nearly impossible for an elderly person or anyone with arthritis. 2nd complaint is this runs out of water extremely fast when using the attachments. I can pretty much clean my entire kitchen, laundry and hallway with one tank but the attachments definitely use way more water. It does get frustrating having to stop and refill it every 7 minutes of concentrated steam. Only time will tell if it will hold up but so far, I'm happy. The 2 previous steamers didn't even have attachments and they were both about the same price. 1st 2 we're from the same brand but neither one of them worked so I sent them back and purchase this one I just got it today and used it and I'm happy so far I just hope it continues to perform. Oh, It didn't even lighten a stain on a ruggable rug that I tried it on. So the jury is out on the carpet/rug. I won't use it for that anyway but wanted to test it out. Oh 3rd complaint: the cord is much too short..in fairness, I'm used to using a kirby vacuum and that cord is about 32ft long. Maybe, I'm just really used to only having to use one outlet bc of the awesome length of my kirby vacuum! I am updating my review after only 3 days. This will not heat up. It no longer turns on. I'm beyond frustrated! I'll be returning this! It's leaking and not getting hot at all..

Wonderful product and easy to use simple directions to put together and use fast and efficient . It stores easily and the cord is super long to reach everywhere and cleans messes so well and even removes the pet urine smell.
