I got these for my hammock when I found out it didn't come with any straps. These straps are are high quality! But I also needed a solution for my lack of mounting options for a subwoofer. I noticed the 10" Hideaway sub I got had detents on the side, just like products that are designed to be held by straps. So I decided to try and strap it to the headrest. Turns out, the Wise Owl Hammock straps were practically made for the job! Love how secure and functional it turned out. The sewn in loops make it very versatile.

I purchased this product to hang a hammock from some trees in my backyard. The product seems solidly constructed with good stitching. It is easy to set up and has plenty of loops to fit a wide range of distances between trees or hammock lengths. One thing to keep in mind is that this product basically works on friction. The weight of the person in the hammock and the coarseness of the tree is what primarily keeps it in its place. We have used it several times now and when a person first sits on the hammock there's a slight slip and then the straps settle in and don't really move anymore, but some people may find this a bit unsettling. My only disappointment with this product was that the carabiners weren't wide enough to accommodate my hammock. I don't have a Wise Owl hammock and the hanging loop ends in my hammock are 0.75" which were too large for the provided carabiner so I had to buy extra wide carabiners for that purpose. On the customer service side, I did receive two different emails from the company making sure that I was happy with my purchase, which shows that the company is very proud of their product and want to make sure customers are happy. Overall, after only a couple of weeks of use, I am very happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

These hammock straps are very easy to use, and well made. My first experience using them took only about 2 minutes to set up, and I was in my hammock. The straps are very strong and secure. The material and stitching is high quality. The carabiner clips included are solid and seem strong. I feel like this set is a good investment and value!

I used product on two red bud trees. Once securely fasten, I got in the hammock and it held tightly. There was no slippage. Watch a Wise Owl video, it gives detail instructions. Glad I found this product, extremely well made and extra length for thicker trees. Product comes in its own bag and very easy to use. Unroll the straps and wrap around trunk the height you want.

They’ve held up great in rain, sun, and wind — zero complaints when it comes to performance. The only downside? They’re a bit bulky. Not a dealbreaker for car camping or backyard hangs, but if you’re backpacking and counting every ounce and inch of space, you might notice the extra bulk compared to more minimalist options. Still, for the strength, reliability, and ease of use, these are absolutely worth it. Great quality and peace of mind when you’re hanging mid-air.

Absolutely love!! My Brazilian husband was very skeptical, but I set it up between my veranda posts and it works beautifully. I was worried a little with it being a smother surface than a tree, but it works, and I was so absolutely in heaven knowing I can use my hammock without drilling holes into the house. It has held up to my weight which isn't on the thin side, but it also has the adjusting straps that the kids use as they enjoy being closer to the ground, so it is fabulous that it has those adjustable loops. My only suggestion is that maybe include 4 carabiners for the use on other objects than trees to add for the securing of the strap. I use the strap to loop through the hammock holes and then use a carabiner between the desired loops for the height I want.

Extremely sturdy & good length depending on what you need. Well made with quality materials. It was just too long for what we needed it for‼️

They seem to be ready to do the trick. I bought these as a replacement for my now worn through hammock straps but have yet to test them. I did notice that there’s a typo on the end loop tag. So they say Hammock Strars rather than Straps but hoping that’s just a defect and doesn’t compromise quality… will report back!

A bit disappointed - I have a new ultralight hammock - and these straps are pretty much as heavy as my hammock. They are not bad straps, I used them once and they performed well, but way too heavy for backpacking and carrying around. If you've got a hammock in your garden, these should, however, be fit for purpose.
