Works as described. Holds our RV660 GPS firmly in place. Nice that the angle of the GPS is adjustable in the grip. and plenty of room to plug in our GPS at the back. We are not using the adhesive as the GPS moves from RV to vehicle. The adhesive has a small area at the back of the mount on the bottom where it sits a little higher but it doesn't seem to interfere with the grip on the dash. It is quite large so make sure you have plenty of room to set it on a level surface.

Just got this. There was no problem installing the "Croc". It has a high friction "bean-bag" type base [although, I suspect it is filled with sand rather than beans]. There is a section in the rear with the reusable silicone "adhesive". I cleaned the dashboard; I also went over the area where I was going to install the croc with rubbing alcohol to remove any residual grease/dirt. Then I removed the film covering the sticky silicone section and placed the croc. It's important to remove any grease/oil from the area where the sticky silicone will rest; otherwise the sticky silicone won't grip well. I drove around for a couple of hours with my 7" GPS in the croc's mouth. The GPS is heavy, but the croc never moved. It works much better that the suction cup holder that came with the GPS. And, it adds a little personality to the vehicle.

This is a great product. Attractive and different and effective. Sure beats the suction holders. The only reason I didn't give a total of five starts is because I think the sticky piece on the bottom of the product that holds it securely on the dashboard should be larger than what it is. If it were larger, it would adhere much better to the dashboard.

Just got this neat GPS holder and I love it! It is very sturdy and well made and holds my Garmin Nuvi very snug. No more falling onto the floorboard. It does not slide around on the dash under normal driving conditions. Very pkeased and may order more for gifts!

This was the 2nd one I bought the first one lasted me a couple of years till the front teeth broke on it. Then I bought another one and it lasted for 2 days then the front teeth broke again.So I threw it away and bought a different kind of GPS holder. So just beware if you buy one the front teeth will break off.

I thought this might work on my motorcycles dash but unfortunately it was too big. So, I had to resort to another type of GPS holder, a clamp.

It's hard to find anything wrong with this holder!! We love it!! One thing that would really set it off would be a vertical black line centered on the eyeballs. The spring tension is very strong for older folks using it. But other than that your car may be broken into by people who want one it is so cute!!

I bought this for my GPS. The suction cup mount that was included with my GPS won't work because of the textured dash. This does a great job. Besides, I live in Florida, the land of alligators.
