This motherboard works really well. It’s RGB is pretty good, there isn’t a lot of it but it’s nice. It’s got 3 m.2 slots which is more than enough for most people. It’s perfect for any white build but honestly it can fit into a black build too, it’s really nice. Good choice.

On my last build I made the mistake of using a non-Asus motherboard which I found was defective after the build. Swapped in this Asus ROG and it has been great so far. Not only is the build quality and reliability solid, but the documentation and instructions are very well done and easy to follow. Drivers are easy to get online although I used the included CD. Only downside is armoury crate seems like intrusive bloatware, luckily it’s not needed to install drivers or control RGB (legacy Asus RGB software is still available on their website).

Used bios flash back for 1620 to use 13600k. Super easy and fast. Worked great with 13th gen, just know you have to use the bios flashback button. This was my first time ever using this feature and it was easy. Highly recommend this board.

First time with a MOBO that had on board wifi. Very easy to install even in my tricky case.Actually made a pretty big mistake and plugged a wrong cable into a 12v argm header and the board didn’t die. So that was nice lol

Love the look of this board. It arrived in excellent condition and was easy to install. All of the drivers were easy to install from armoury crate.

My husband built me a computer so I do not know much about this specific it. I do know that my computer is running beautifully.

I recently had to upgrade my MB which resulted in a rebuild of my pc, as my ports in my old motherboard started to fail. This board can handle heavy work as streaming and gaming at the same time, and its minimal RGB. When putting in my M.2 it had a gray bracket to hold it in instead of screwing it down, and installation into the case was easy. I did have to update bios, but that was easy as well. Would overall recommend this board.

I've always been sort of an Asus fanboy. I got burned my first time buying graphic cards with a Gigabyte 970 and since then I've always bought Asus graphic cards. Last year I even bought an Asus gaming laptop. I was looking to finally update from an Intel 6700k and Msi z170 motherboard and decided to switch to an Intel 13700k and this motherboard. Turns out that was a big mistake. Firstly the Asus board comes with a bios that needs updating if you want to recognize the latest intel chips. After updating the bios my system booted into bios and I had to manually go in to change the settings in order for the motherboard to recognize my boot drive. (not very user friendly if you're a noob). My system finally booted after all the troubleshooting and switched off as soon as it got to the windows loading screen. Since then my system refuses to power on. None of my fans spin when I engage the power button. I've tested my power supply on my old motherboard and it still works perfectly fine. I've taken out all components and replaced and nothing. It seems my board is dead and so is the money I paid for this product. I Think I'll stick around for Asus Graphic cards but never again with a motherboard.
