For the price this is a decent bit of kit to enhance the volume on your TV great to have Bluetooth connection which is a simple set up and once its connection and set up to your liking you do need to mess about with multiple remote controls you can increase/decrease the volume from your standard TV remote, its not high end stuff so don't expect great things bit it's great value for money

Cheap plastic speaker - should be no more than £4.99 - not loud enough and just generally poor

Does what it says - it's not wireless - but it is Bluetooth - its loud enough for a standard rm. You could screw it to the wall but where the cable goes makes it awarkard for that - so if your not going to screw it to wall then it's fine - just a cheap basic speaker.

There’s a background hiss when it’s on but I only have in on for short periods so it’s not a bother and does mean I have remote volume controls on my monitor

I Purchased this Soundbar for optical connection to our bedroom TV. The sound quality is reasonable for this purpose.I originally thought the important feature of auto stand-by after a period of time when my TV shuts down on sleep timer did not exist, I was wrong. Having been reassured by Azatom customer service over the phone that It WILL work, I tried it over night, and it DID switch to stand-by. I think this feature should be included In the description and also the user manual.
