What are the ingredients?

Active ingredient is Menthol 10mg. Inactive ingredients are citric acid, eucalyptus oil, isomalt, natural flavor, vitamin C. They have a pretty mild taste and take a while to dissolve. Used to get them at my local market but they don't have this style anymore. Highly recommend.

evidently everyone here is commenting on different products. The item pictured has no honey or aspartame, it has 1 sweetener isomalt. Isomalt is keto friendly meaning little or no sugar. Carbs are not listed on the box my guess will be 0-1 carb, closer to zero.

How can they claim that this is sugar-free if it is made from sugar beets or sugar cane (from the defs. I read)?

The body’s enzymes metabolize ISOMALT much more slowly and less effectively than conventional sugar. This leads to a lower increase of blood glucose and insulin level compared to glucose or sugar. Isomalt has been approved for use in the United States since 1990. It does not promote tooth decay, and has only one half the calories of sugar. Like the dietary fiber in green beans, onions and various types of fruit, ISOMALT belongs to a group known as ‘low digestible carbohydrates’.
