Check your contents of the box first.
Bought 4 of these just after Christmas and so far they have worked great for the band I work with. The reason for the 3 stars is that after 3 months, I go to hang these lights from a truss for a show only to find the 2 out of the 8 brackets have the twist screws installed upside down. With the locking washers you can not take them apart without ruining the keepers. Now I can only use three or of the four lights hanging until I can get replacement brackets. Please let me know if the manufacturer will stand behind their warranty over craftsmanship.
