I'm happy with the slicer and feel i received a killer deal on the price for what i got but hey, what they advertise is not what I received. Here's the break down:"Slide-off carriage for easy maintenance" Nope. Not that I've found."Fully manufactured in anodized aluminum" Nope. Yes, the main body is but the carriage is thin stainless steel.For these reasons I had to take away stars.
