Absolutely a great product! I use it for the tv - when the family is asleep, I can turn this on and the sound is outstanding. All voices are so clear and crisp; background music is not annoyingly loud; and every sound is audible - even if while watching a movie someone is walking through the grass -- you can hear the grass sprigs rustling! The stereo sound is so intense, I sometimes turn around because it sounds as if there is a speaker behind me. The loudness control on the headphone is adjustable to very low to uncomfortably loud - yet only you can hear it while the family is asleep. There is only one minor drawback - they can become uncomfortable if you have them on for a few hours. Other than that -- 5 stars!

Excellent headphones! My wife can't stand to listen to golf, I can mute tv and listen through headphones. They are very clear and can actually hear things I can't hear otherwise... very pleased

My husband likes the headphones. It does help him hear the TV better. A bit heavy and have to take off to hear anyone else or have a conversation with anyone else. The cord that came with it did not work with my Directv box, but they mentioned what kind of cord to get on the directions. Had to go and buy a cord to hook it up, but it did work.

I purchased these headphones to listen to music while on my treadmill. The sound is so low that I can barely hear my music while working out. I have tried all the troubleshooting suggestions and nothing has worked. I have only used them 4-5 times due to the sound issue. I had a pair of Sony headphones before and never had a problem with the sound/volume. I paid $139.95 for a non usable product. I even purchased the square trade protection plan, I contacted them and was told that I needed to contact the manufacturer because they are still under their warranty. Both the headphones and warranty are a waste of money.

The first one I ordered didn't work and was returned. After getting the second one up and working it seems to be kind of staticky even after going through changing the channel the headphones are using. They work but aren't perfect.

After flying airplanes for over twenty years, my hearing is not what it used to be. Even with hearing aids I have trouble making out conversation on the television and I don't want to have the TV up too loud for my wife. I just put these on and have no trouble what so ever. This is my second pair. The only reason I had to get a new one is that I fell while carrying the headset back to the charger and one earpiece broke off. Had to get a new one and with Amazon Prime, I had it in two days.

Very high quality, comfortable headset. Easy to set up and use. Yes, it is a Sony product, and my trust in their products grows ever stronger!

These are the best that you can get for this affordable price! I wished that Sony would make these again. Great sound!! Battery last for a long time before needing to be charged.

No sound at all. Battery, from what I read, is not replaceable as its not made anymore. Ebay lists numerous same make and model earphones for sale probably because the battery is dead or defective. Never a mention if they work or not. The seller claims the ones sold to me worked. I,ll never know. Bad experience!
