Fits perfectly the install took about 7mins. This replacement cleared the check engine light code PO420 which reads as Bank 1 below threshold and is commonly considered a malfunction of the catalytic converter but in fact more likely than not the issue is one of the oxygen sensors is below the recommended ohms for Subaru Outbacks oxygen sensor should be anywhere from 5 ohms to 10 ohms anything below that the O2 sensor is no good. And my driver side Upstream sensor was reading 4 ohms. Hopefully this helps and good luck.

Delivered on time. 1/2 the price of Bosch or NKG. Works like a charm. If you have relatively easy access (which is no reflection on this product) it's a simple "out with the old in with the new". If not, think about getting a specialized wrench like Cal-Van Tools 843 Oxygen Sensor wrench or maybe one like it that allows a breaker bar attachment.Your will need to have the check engine light reset. Buy one of the handheld electronic diagnostic tools for that. My wife's car has 5 sensors so it paid for me to get all this stuff.

Installed this on my 2002 WRX wagon after running a check engine light diagnostic which revealed I needed to replace both O2 sensors. Had to disconnect the negative on the battery to reset the computer, and the CEL was cleared when reconnecting and turning the car back on.
