This is by for the best collar out there for the price! I have two very stubborn Huskies and a new puppy. This training collar made a night and day difference pretty much overnight on the older dogs. Again, I love this collar due to the audible and vibration notification. The audible usually gets them back on track very quickly. Once in awhile I will need to switch it to the vibration to remind them and get their attention. I ever hardly ever had to use the shock button. The quality is outstanding. The the remote and collar charges very quickly and it holds a long charge.The shock mode- I did shock myself with this collar. (This thing is not messing around. With that said it goes up to 100 and I shocked myself on 15.) So if you have a Chihuahua or a Great Dane, This really Works!Lifetime warranty is a big plus! Customer service is outstanding and gets back to you very quickly. One of my Huskies decided to chew up the collar and they sent me a replacement free of charge. Again a great collar and great company as well.

Does not come with a charging cable and does not use same as original trainer (so another friggin' charger to hang from of a wall). I luckily had one that worked in a box of old chargers but not everyone is an old charger hoarder like me. There are no instructions either but was able to figure out how to get my remote to connect using my super smart skillz. ;) This is also a newer model than the original trainer and has an on/off button. I don't like this because I have to remember to turn it on/off and make sure it doesn't turn off while training. The older model stayed on all the time and could just throw on the collar quickly to train without thinking about it.

What I really love about this is: 1. You can get an additional collar and use the same remote 2. The vibration setting 3. The intensity level.I was really hesitant to get shock collars because I don't want to put my dogs in any pain but unfortunately they have some very unsafe behaviors that called for it. However, I have been able to use only the vibration setting so far and it's enough to scare them and get their attention. I'm so happy that it's been this effective. I'm also glad that if I ever need the shock setting i can start on low and only go higher if absolutely necessary. This is a great product for those who use it responsibly.

3 correction options, VERY adjustable for different needs: dogs or situations. After using the static shock at 17 (on accident), the beep (sound correction) is all I need now. It has been really effective for barking, jumping up, going after other dogs and pulling on the leash. It has been nice to have 2 collars work with one remote, but it's a little tricky when both dogs need correcting at the same time. Each collar number does remember the last setting it was on. I don't like that it goes to sleep if the dog lays down for a while. I have to manually turn it back on. But I still only have to charge it every other day.

Our original training collar worked so well on the Shiba Inu that we decided to get a 2nd collar to get our Jack Russell mix to quit being such a noisy greeter. She gets so excited that she just won't shut up. It will be interesting because she is very sensitive to any corrective action and I'm waiting to see what she does with the first few vibrates.Have been on vaca so haven't had a chance to give full attention to working with her.

The product is awesome. However, the additional units do not use the same charger as the base unit...so luckily I happened to have a charger that fit. Also the additional units came with no instructions to pair with the base unit so I searched and found some you tube videos that explained. So product works absolutely great...company needs to work on packaging with instructions and supplying the correct chargers or notifying consumers that they need to buy an additional charger for additional base units separately.

This collar works very well with the system. Previously, we had used the gun dog training system. However, that system costs $289, and $99 for the additional collar.The system has an automatic shut off, it is every bit as effective if not more than the gun dog system. Because of the vibration element, we have not needed to use the shock at all. I highly recommend this product.

I had two dogs who would not even flinch when you called them. Bought one collar first worked perfect. Ended up picking up another. It's a whole lot easier to take 30 seconds to put these collars on then to have to chase my dogs through the neighborhood for 45 minutes. Buy this. you will be amazed at how fast they pick things up
