It's really good I honestly don't use it to work out it it really hold you togeather . I have a lot of back pain and I work in the medical field so I have to do some bending down and lifting when dealing with patients sometimes it aggravates it . This this really helped me in the future I think I'll buy another one . Only think why I took away a star is I wish it was a little longer but I guess it works for ppl with short torsos

Excellent Fit! I really love that this waist trainer has the extra strap to make it tighter! Nice and snug! Today was my 1st day wearing it and I wore it all day at work. Would definitely recommend! The tightness actually helped keep me full. Love it already!

I Received my waist trainer two weeks ago and I can say I absolutely love it. I’m I’m 5’4” 120 with a 29 inch waist so I got a medium and it was perfect. Tight support for back as well. I’ve slept in it as well and I’m loving how it’s making me feel. I do slight workouts more focused on squats and leg building

I love the support it gives while I'm either just sitting and reading a book or working it out in Eric's Saturday boot camp and Rodney's HIT class. It stays out and I don't have to readjust it until I take it off

I’m usually a small but i just had a baby so i went for the medium .still too small gave it to my mom.. so i ordered a large waiting for it in the mail

The quality is great and there is no question there. But I am a petite lady at 5' 2" and it is not long enough for me :(

Love it! Came so fast. Happy service. Its multi adjustable so theres a belt over a belt to help u get the perfect fit. However just wish it was longer to fit back - love handle sides

This actually makes me sit straight and tuck my tummy in. The back support is pretty good and the size is very adjustable so you can't go wrong. I loved this so much I got one for my mom also.
