Phone very good ! Slight learning curve booklet that comes with it is not of much use . should at least show how to install Sim card & micro Sd .But after you learn how to use the phone , it's a lot of bang for the buck . would like to have a few more apps like memo .But sure I can at app store .The company Shark that sold the phone went way above and beyond to help!!!Awesome customer service !!!! Amazon should be pleased .I sure am

The phone falls below standard. It is not functioning well as expected. The company that produces the phone needs to work on improvement. The battery runs low quickly and it is not always easy to download apps from google play store. Also the power goes off suddenly. It is a mess.

Absolutely "zero" customer support from Posh. Their tech support is via email ... no reply ever. The phone works initially, but develops problems in short order, as in, the battery not charging, Wi-Fi will not turn on, the radio quits working, poor call reception ... all probably solvable issues, if they'd reply to their tech help requests. KEEP SHOPPING!
