Recieved this product and when I opened it, it was damaged from the inside

I used Lume for two years, but it was getting very expensive. We use Hello toothpaste and when I saw they made a natural deodorant for a fraction of Lumes price I decided to go for it. Love it! No baking soda, which is hard to find in a natural deodorant. My extremely sensitive skin is happy. odor prevention is acceptable: it cannot handle a mom of 3 kids under 5 years for a full 24 hour period without stank by about 8-9pm. I consider that to be fair, mommin is a stanky job. It however can handle a 12 hour ICU nurse shift better than any natural I've ever tried. Good work Hello, and thank you for making your products affordable and accessable for the middle class!!

Me gusta que es una opción de desodorante sin bicarbonato de sodio, que realmente funciona. Incluso mi esposo lo ha usado y le ha funcionado muy bien. El olor es agradable y de veras se siente la protección durante el día.Lo único negativo es que al parecer durante el envío, el calor hizo que se derritieran un poco y al tener una forma irregular, al solidificar otra vez, en los primeros usos al aplicarlo se formaban grumos. Ya luego de varios usos dejó de ocurrir.De todas formas me agradó el cambio a este desodorante más natural y probablemente lo ordene nuevamente.

Smell great! I can't wait to use it! When it arrived, I opened the package immediately because I wanted to try it out. It was delivered in January, so the package was cold. When I tried to open the first (see photo), it was very hard to move, and when I got the top plastic piece off, the bar broke apart, and I could not twist off the cap. Then I saw that the formula included shea butter and figured it needed to warm up to take off the plastic protection cap and scroll it up for use. I placed all three bars in a large ziplock and filled my sink with hot water. I put the bag into the water until near the top to push all the air out and then zipped it closed. I let it sit in hot water for about ten minutes, and Voila! All three bars opened and scrolled up with no effort. It smells refreshing! I have one damaged bar, but I was able to smush it back into a workable shape.

So, have you ever just pulled your armpit skin to pull it?That is exactly what this deoderant does!!!!!I ordered a 3 pack.FIRST I had to use pliers to get the cap off. I thought to myself that my hands were getting weak, but nope! I asked my darling husband to remove the cap and he could not remove the cap, so I ran and got pliers!SECOND I tried my hardest to roll the stick stuff up. AGAIN, I had to ask that darling husband of mine to use his strong hands to roll up the deoderant to use. Guess what?!?!? He could NOT get the stuff to move!SO... I tried the second deoderant stick! You know what? I learned from the first... USE THE PLIERS!!!Again, moving that deoderant was not happening, so I used the pliers to make it move. SUCCESS!!!Then I tried to apply it under my arm, in the pit. OUCH!!!!!No pit hair there, but I will tell you that it pulled my skin no hard I was in tears!!!On to tube #3....Not only could we not get the lid off with pliers, I even put it infront of the heat register, and still could not get the lid off!I gave up on that tube!!!If you want to fight packaging, then pull off your skin with the product, then this is the right product for you!!!!
