Description
- Dissolved coconut milk powder in 1/2 cup water, add 2 tbsp vegetable oil. Simmer until thicken.
- Add Instant Matsaman Curry Powder and 1 tsp crushed roasted peanut. Stir-fry until fragrant.
- Add 2 cup water, heat until boil add 100g. chicken, 100g. chunk boiled potato, 50g. chunk onion, 1tbsp roasted peanut.
