Nice Product
Have used this for several years on tile and no wax vinyl. Has a strong smell but that’s acceptable to me. Cleans the floors well.

Maybe a little too strong!
Powerful to a flaw. We had our basement finished with luxury vinyl plank flooring and it needed a good clean after all the work was done - this seemed like a safe bet. And it did get the floor nice and clean! But the warnings about well ventilated spaces are truly no joke. The fumes permeated not only the basement but the entire house and were pretty strong. Sadly it was also below freezing when I had the bright idea to do this, so we couldn’t really open windows. I think something a little less potent - and pungent - would likely have done just fine. But if you need a maximum strength clean and you’ve got a way to move air / clean air, this’ll do it.

Best product
I had a housecleaning service and used several different brands of floor cleaner and this is my choice by far. I've used it for years. I have animals and a very busy household that gets a lot of dirt tracked in daily. This cleaner smells very clean and pleasant, no streaking, and leaves the floors very clean without residue. Great product! Buy it!
