I've tried it but nothing will replace proper diet and exercises like intense double jumps

I deal with degenerative arthritis in my spine,clavicle and Vitamin D deficiency hereditary so I go through it. Aches, pains,always worrying about falling because I can break something so easily. I love to dance,sports etc I'm such a tomboy at heart. It sucks always having to be cautious or not able to move around on bad days. On some days that it rains i go through it & i loveeeee the rain how ironic huh? I have been dealing with these issues since my early 20's on top of scoliosis but I will not get surgery that will be my last option. These help me soooo much! I can't put emphasis on that statement. *Simply love them.* These along with super collagen powder is a game changer.
