Live Fukien Tea Bonsai Tree - Small, 6 Year, 6 to 8 inches Tall - Indoor Bonsai Tree Live with Ceramic Bonsai Pot

This is the perfect Bonsai for what I needed. I am in the learning phase of Bonsai and did not want to start from scratch. I received a very healthy plant. The soil was wrapped with plastic and bow tied to keep the soil in place and the moisture level high. The box was then stuffed with packing peanuts. I was shocked at how large the trunk is and how much beautiful new foliage is present. The trunk has several bends, no wire marks, and is firmly held within the blue oval pot I received. + Inexpensive Considering the Health/Quality/Age of the Plant and the Pot + Received in Perfect Condition with 1 Leaf in the Box + Basic Care Instructions - One Broken Branch (Not broken recently, can see the break occurred some time ago, held in place by a wire) no big deal _Bottom Line_ Yes, I would recommend this Bonsai to a friend. I am purchasing a humidity tray separately as this is a tropical plant and needs high humidity to thrive. The instructions are fairly basic but a quick search of Fukien Tea will yield many useful results. I am more the 100% satisfied with this plant. It looks beautiful, pest and disease free, and even unboxing was exciting. This Bonsai really is healthy and has at least as many leaves as in the pictures. This is NOT just a sad cutting; this Fukien Tea is a strong Bonsai ready for care. 5 Stars Easy!

Oh my gosh! Y’all! When I tell you there was no better way that this tree could have been packed! I only got it today and I’ll update if things go downhill but that’s not what I’m expecting. I wish I hadn’t been too excited to do an unboxing video. The way this tree was packed, I could tell that they loved it just as much as I already do. There was Saran Wrap over the top of it to keep the moisture in it. There was a box placed diagonally inside the shipping box so that the tree couldn’t have moved more than a few millimeters in shipping. It was packed so very well that I, the queen of ordering from Amazon, was truly impressed. I could tell how much care they took with the tree. The tree itself is absolutely gorgeous! It has some blooms, a few flowers, and the leaves are a gorgeous green. It’s definitely a very sturdy healthy tree. It’s potted with great care as well. There’s drainage in the bottom of the pot. The potting is a mix of soil and small pebbles so that it gets thoroughly watered but also drains well. I see some mesh in there as well. The tree is a great size. It’s between 9 and 10 inches tall. With the pot, it stands a little over a foot tall. I am ecstatic with it and will be using this seller for any future purchases.

This came very well packed, and was kept cool by dry ice. The tree was beautiful, although some of the branches were already turning yellow. I bought this for an avid gardener who knows exactly how to care for these small trees, still, the tree died in less than 9 months. There are no returns on the Bonsai trees, and they are expensive. Learn a lesson from me, save you're money.

The tree came quickly and in a very safe, peanut filled packing to protect the tree from shock. The tree came pre potted in a classy ceramic; however, it did not come with a drip tray under the assumption that you might be a professional outdoor bonsai gardener and just place it on wooden slats, etc. The tree is well worth the low price, and I have yet to see any pests. I ha a scare when I first got it, because the leaves turned yellow in some places and fell off. After doing some research on this plant, I found out this was normal for trees being shipped and placed in new environments. The tree requires very little water in my dry, hot home environment (indoors), and I daily spray the leaves and base with water. However, I did need to purchase an indoor UV light (50W) to provide proper lighting. A window that is not south facing will not be sufficient. Also, the blossoms in spring time are very refreshing in the house. Highly suggested even for the most novice of growers.

Gorgeous tree! Arrived sooner than expected. Came packaged nicely and I couldn’t be happier!

This little tree arrived safely and well packed. Not a fan of the styrofoam peanuts though , they went everywhere! The seller did state to expect some leaf drop..but this one dropped almost all of its leaves! They were dried up and had grey areas. I had purchased the tray with gravel,so I soaked the tree, and allowed the tray to fill just over the gravel. I also mist it frequently. Now here it is looking much happier with vibrant green leaves. I think the tray and gravel are an important add on ,so get them if you are thinking about a bonsai. UPDATE: My little tree has now developed lush foliage and is even putting out little buds! Again, I think the south facing window, humidity tray and misting make a big difference.After I purchased this bonsai I learned that it is not a good one for beginners so I think I must have the ideal situation for it. I’m reluctant to prune it or move it or anything else that may upset it , so I’ll see how it does just as it is.

What a beautiful plant, but died. I followed the instructions on how to take good care of this bonsai. Never had anything that died immediately. What goes wrong? Not on direct sunlight, been inside the house got some sun from the window..just dont understand why it dies???
