Got the 3xl as opposed to the XL that jobst offers for the same size. Much more comfortable definitely less roll down and seems like similar compression. Why the 3 stars you ask? There’s a hole right in the leg! what a pain! Also, these say you must hand wash!! Which really sucks, considering the jobst are machine safe! Definitely sucks, but I’ll probably use them for a few days and toss them in and see how they work! Had surgery and i expected these to be perfect but you can’t tell unless u stretch them slowly. So make sure you stretch them slowly and check for holes! Update: customer service reached out and apologized and offered me a refund. I accepted and returned the pair to them. I also purchased another of the same one. Came perfect and perfect for, I have 3 pairs of these now and 2 pairs of jobst and 2 pair of the medi brand, these by far feel the best with the best fit . Thank you!

These tights are absolutely fantastic! I need to wear skirts for work, so I need tights, and because of my long fingernails, I usually have trouble putting them on. But these are so easy to put on, and they stay in place perfectly all day. ​​Most tights have uncomfortable seams around the toes, but the toe area on these is incredibly comfortable. They don't sag or move around, and they feel amazing all day long. I've already bought six pairs and will continue to buy more! Thank you so much!

The material is good. The compression is good although it still slides down the leg. I’m a big size woman. I went from 306 to 278 pounds. I brought at least six pair of these compressions footless, feet in, and toes out, and the fact there remains when you’re taking a water pill and you have to hurry up and go to the bathroom. These are not bathroom friendly. With all the technology made today you cannot build a better pair of compression stockings with the crotch cut out for women or men for easy access to go use the bathroom? I’m an art teacher. I don’t have that time to keep going to the bathroom and fighting with compressions. I brought too many of these and cut the crotch out just to have easy access. This company actually should be sponsoring me and giving me six pair for free

I have compression knee high socks as well as these pantyhose. I prefer the pantyhose for days when I have to spend most of my time sitting. Even my best compression knee highs tend to get uncomfortable just below the knee, at the cuff, if I spend most of the day sitting. I wouldn't use these for everyday, though. Personally, I want lower compression than 20-30 for a day of regular activity, and synthetic fabric on my feet all day is less comfortable than natural fabrics. The fit chart was accurate for me. They aren't showing any signs of wear yet, after their 9th washing using a lingerie bag, in the washing machine on gentle cycle, with cold water, then line dry. They didn't make me feel too warm, but I'm one of those people that feels cold before most people around me. They were relatively easy to get on and off. You may have to do do some tugging and twisting to make sure there's no excess fabric at the back of the knee or foot/ankle joint, so that you don't get to much compression in those bends. I sometimes need to do some adjustments at the top of the thigh, so that the end of the compression is at the same height on both legs and "feels" ok when I walk.

I ended up giving these away. I expected them to be a bit of a challenge to put on, and they were. However, the material is so scratchy, I couldn't stand wearing them. They are uncomfortable, unlike other compression stockings that are soft (and yet still compress). So, if you have sensitive skin that needs smooth, soft material these are not for you. If you don't mind scratchy material, then these may work.

I appreciate that these fit well and moderately assist in compression needs for blood circulation issues. I do wish they were reinforced at the toes for better durability. I have two pairs of these and keep having to repair tears at the ends without heavy wear.
