Great mixer
We use it for karaoke, and it works well. We tried a couple others and this one was the best for the money.

I got a lemon pos with zero customer service
I DJ karaoke and have always used Peavey powered mixers without any problems. I decided to upgrade to a better system and decided to go with this mixer due to reviews and the brand name. I got it and hooked it up and it was a huge improvement. I used it for about a total of 3 hours and shut it off. Life happened and I ended up pushing my new system in the corner of my family room for 3 years and I am finally at a place to start up my karaoke business again and set it all up in my home and turned everything on but the mixer had no power and would not work. I took it to the local peavey dealer and since I bought the mixer straight from peavey they had zero interest in helping me. I called Peavey several times leaving messages, no response. I emailed Peavey, again zero response. So what do I think of Peavey and their customer service? I wish I could tell you because there is NONE! As far as this mixer goes $400 plus for 3 hours of usage NOT WORTH IT! If you are looking to have customer service with equipment you buy STAY AWAY FROM PEAVEY! I did FINALLY find a place to look at it and so far the bill is up to $214 due to something being burnt out inside but he said it could go higher once he replaces it which will allow him to power the unit up, so basically I think I ended up just donating $400 plus to Peavey for nothing in return. Time to move on to a new brand.

excellent
Extraordinaire. Il sonne bien, est très intuitif! WOW! Good Job Mr Peavey!

Never buying another Peavey product, EVER
Bought this board in January 2018. That was my first mistake. I should have tested every channel right out of the box. I didn’t. Second mistake. After about two months, I hear a lot of noise coming out of one of the channels. I try a few things, and determine it’s definitely a defective channel.I took the board to an authorized repair center. That was almost ONE YEAR ago. It’s been 11 months, and the board is still in the shop. Peavey (when I can get them to respond) says there is a part on back-order. Funny, they are still making these boards. So they have the part to make new ones to sell to new unsuspecting customers, but can’t fix the ones they’ve already built that are supposedly under warranty.Do yourself a favor. Don’t buy this board or anything else made by these clowns. I bought a Yamaha board 10 months ago because I needed something while this piece was in the shop. The Yamaha board has better preamps, better onboard effects, better EQ, more options, and...oh yeah...it actually works. If you want to take your chances with this mixer and this company, don’t say I didn’t warn you. I’m never buying ANYTHING they “manufacture,” if you can call it that.Update 5/25/19. Well, after escalating with several people at Peavey and contacting the Better Business Bureau, Peavey had the repair center send them the old board and shipped me a brand new one. Ironically, the “EFX Mute” button is stuck in the “on” position on the new board, rendering the built-in effects 100% useless. Since the built-in effects are just OK, I’ll probably just keep this board and run an external effects loop - at least until something else on it stops working, which I assume is inevitable.

Horrible!
No matter what quality wires I use, very loud humming comes out of this board. And I have spent a fortune on gold wires trying to rid of the very loud and annoying hum that requires all voice work to be edited to get the hum out of it.
